Amanda Lynn Teresa Kelly won the title Miss Massachusetts 2009! Amanda Kelly who competed in the Miss Massachusetts pageant as Miss Fall River earned her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis in Hispanic studies, with a minor in business and Italian. Amanda Kelly, the newly crowned Miss Massachusetts is also fluent in Spanish and Italian, and is proficient in American Sign Language. Kelly will go onto compete for the Miss America crown in Las Vegas this coming January.
