Kristina Smaby is crowned Miss Wisconsin 2009! 22-year-old Kristina Smaby competed in the Miss Wisconsin pageant as Miss Madison and will go on to compete for the Miss America title this January in Las Vegas.
Other winners in the Miss Wisconsin pageant were first runner up Miss Racine Sha-Nita Rhea; second runner up Miss Kenosha Vanessa Morrone, third runner up Miss Milwaukee Sara Thorne and fourth runner up Miss Fox River Valley Caitlin Smulski.
