Q. How do I sell my pageant wardrobe?
A. In the top right hand corner of the website you will see the registration link. Click and fill out the information. Then click “Post Classified” located just under the banner on the right hand side and follow the directions. Or below is a video tutorial to show you how to sell:
Q. Why should I sell my wardrobe here?
A. First, we don’t take a percentage of your sale price, giving you HUGE savings. Second, we have more than 80,000+ visitors monthly! Third, you can list your entire wardrobe for FREE and your item will remain on our site until it is sold!
Q. How do my items become “Featured”?
A. You can list your items as featured by paying $7.00. Being featured means that your item will be listed in the special featured box at the top of the category page.
Q. I was considering buying an item that seems to have disappeared. What happened?
A. The item has more than likely been sold and all sold items are deleted from our site after a few days.
Q. How long does it take for items to be posted after submitted?
A. All items will be posted within 24 hours or in the case of you listing a featured item your item will be posted within 24 hours after the $7 payment from Paypal is received.
Q. Why has my featured item not been posted?
A. The usual cause for this is that the $7 payment has not been received for the listing. If you have made your payment and it has been 24-hours please contact us at info@thepageantplanet.com
Q. Why did my pictures not show up on my listing?
A. The reason why your image didn’t show up is due to the size of the photo. Images taken with a camera produce a file that is too big for most websites to upload. But, there is a free solution! Go to ResizeYourImage.com and reduce your photo to 480 pixels. Then simply upload the resized picture onto The Pageant Planet Resale Store for it to show up.
Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. The cost for shipping and handling varies by seller and item type. Most sellers will quote a shipping cost once they have received your address. Unless otherwise noted on the site, shipping is not included in the list price.
Q. How do I remove my sold item?
A. Shoot us a quick email at info@thepageantplanet.com, letting us know your listing and we will promptly remove the listing.
Q. I have contacted the seller and have not heard back from them, what should I do?
A. If you have contacted the seller and have not heard back from them please email us at info@thepageantplanet.com. We will do our best to get in touch with the seller and have them contact you. You may also want to check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails are filtered to these areas.
