Steven A. Roddy II, the 27-year-old, Atlanta based entrepreneur, started overseeing businesses and developing his ideas at the age of sixteen when he assisted his father in managing the family’s local hardware store. This early experience in business ownership started an aggressive interest in business that caused him to explore various enterprises ranging from painting and marketing companies to modeling and television hosting and onto at the age of 23 successfully negotiating his way into becoming the youngest owner of a professional football team.

Since the football team, Steven has been intensely interested in helping other people succeed in their purpose. Therefore, he set out to find groups of people and individuals whom he could assist. In 2006, Roddy was introduced to the pageant world via the Miss America system and began to fall in love with the personal development aspect of pageantry. Desiring to help girls successfully compete in pageantry, earn scholarship money and find their confidence Steven set out to develop a site that could help them do just that.
