Preparing for a pageant while you’re in school, working or raising a family can be exhausting. There is so little time and so much to be done! It’s important to give yourself plenty of time to prepare for your upcoming pageant so your body can adjust to your training schedule. This will help a LOT with your energy. According to trainer Scott Keppel, more time is better than less, so start thinking about pageant prep at least 12-16 weeks ahead of time.
