As women, our monthly cycle can affect every aspect of our lives, especially when it comes to working out. It’s extremely important to listen to your body as you prepare for you upcoming pageant. Trainer Scott Keppel says that it’s important to remember that everyone is different and that what might work for someone else might not work for you (and vise versa).
While you’re body is doing it’s thing this month, try to tailor your workouts to what would work best with those hormones during that day. More estrogen means you’ll be able to challenge yourself more for a longer period of time (no pun intended). So use that to your advantage!
